FAQ
In the preparation instructions it indicates that I need to use a non-stick pan. Is this safe?
Non-stick pans are safe to use. Because of controversy surrounding the environmental and health effects of PFOA, a chemical used in the fabrication of many nonstick coatings, it is important to protect the nonstick coating by never exposing the skillet to high heat and using safe cleaning measures. Abrasive sponges and steel-wool pads are not recommended, as they can scratch or chip the nonstick surface.

Are the ingredients from reliable sources?
All of our meat, poultry and fish come from reliable sources. Our chicken is from Huntsinger Farms. Our pork is from American Homestead and our shrimp is from Eastern Fish Company.
My dumplings came out mushy, why did that happen?
If the dumplings cook too long or if too much water is added the consistency and texture will not turn out correct. For this reason, we strongly recommend following the reheating instructions exactly.
There are cracks in the dumplings, should I throw them out?
If there are cracks in the dumplings, don’t worry. Sometimes cracks naturally occur from being in the freezer. The cracks will seal once they begin cooking.

Feel Good Foods products should be cooked from FROZEN. These items were created with the ease and convenience of our consumers in mind. Please refer to the preparation instructions on each item for directions.
I don’t own a non-stick pan, can I use a different type of pan?
