We use free range, all natural chicken. The chicken filling is packed with flavors of cilantro, garlic and ginger. It is great as an appetizer but because the filling is so generous in size we think it could be a great meal too!

Unlike most shrimp dumplings. the filling includes a large chunks of shrimp. While the filling is more delicate in taste and weight, the flavor is bold and robust.

This is our flagship product. We created this recipe in our own kitchen and felt so inspired by our creation that it led us to create Feel Good Foods. Today the filling is made with all natural pork as well as heaps of shredded cabbage, ginger, scallions and garlic.
